1. Issues Relating to Member Account

Q: What are the benefits of having a member account?
A: Members can enjoy the following free services:
a) Permanent Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
b) Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the birthday-person themselves.
c) Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us.
d) Products Reviews - Share your opinions on products with our other customers.
e) Able to subscribe our newsletters.
f) Receive email notifications of the product that you are interested.

Q: Do I have to pay any membership fee?
A: No, it is absolutely free!

Q: How to sign up an account?
A: From our Catalog page, click create an account then fill in the required information. An automated email notification will be sent to your email address as acknowledgment.

Q: What if I had forgotten my password?
A: From our Catalog page, click log yourself in and a Welcome, Please Sign In page will show up, click Password forgotten? Click here. and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to your email address within minutes.

Q: Will I be able to change my account's information?
A: Yes. After Login, click My Account from the top Menu Bar, the My Account Information page will show up, you can then view or change your account information or address, or change your password.

2. Issues Relating to Purchases

Q: Can I pay by a different currency?
A: Yes, we accept multi currencies, just select the available currency from our Currencies box then all product price will be changed to the selected currency.

Q: Will I be able to view the catalog in a different language?
A: Yes, our site support English, German, Spanish and French, just select a different flag from the Languages box then all descriptive messages will change to the selected language. Don't have the language that you want? Please visit altavista' website at: http://www.altavista.com/ and download their free 'Babel Fish Translation' tool to translate our site to your designated language.

Q: Can I purchase your products without signing up an account?
A: Sorry, we only accept order from registered members. Please take a few minutes to create an account and enjoy our services.

Q: How to pay?
A: We only accept 2 payment methods, for details please refer to Section 'A. Payment' of our Store Policy from the Information box in the left column.

Q: How would I know whether my purchased items are shipped or not?
A: We will ship out all purchased items within 2 working days and follow with an email Shipment Advice (with photographic evidence) to notify our customers of the shipment. For details of our Shipping policy please refer to Section 'B. Shipping & Packing' of our Store Policy.

Q: What happen if I don't want the item after I had made the purchase?
A: Even though we strongly recommend our customers to make sure they want the item and that the item is right for them before they committed themselves to buy, we do have a 7 days 'NO QUESTION ASK' return policy, for details please refer to Section 'C. Returns' of our Store Policy.

Q: Is my financial information secure? Will the information be kept by OBDToolStore or shared with a 3rd party?
A: Your financial information will be required only during the Checkout process, and when you proceed to Checkout, you will be transferred seamlessly to Paypal's Secure website where you can choose to make payment by credit card or Paypal account and all your sensitive financial information will be encrypted and kept securely by Paypal, none of these sensitive financial information will be shared with us or kept by us, and only when you had completed the Checkout process in PaypalíŽs Secure website you will then be transferred back to our on-line store.
